I was desperate to find a good boarding situation, and thanks to Google, I found W&F. I took a tour ahead of time and was blown away by the immaculately clean and beautifully calm atmosphere. Tigger and Tora had never been boarded before, so I was a little apprehensive. Not to worry! Tora, my goofy little boy, immediately headed for the windows and the climbing structure. Tigger is shy and she also doesn't like change. But Scott and Jeannie won her over. She's normally afraid of new people (especially men), but Scott bonded with her and she even let him brush her--something she had never tolerated from me! This was an incredible experience for both the cats and me. They clearly had a great time, and I was able to go out of town without worrying. I'm not sure that either of them was ready to leave! My sister says I'll have to turn my spare room into another Kitty Cruise room, complete with a boat bed! I will most definitely be a return client. Warm & Fuzzy is an exceptional and unique facility where special care and individual attention are obvious. I highly recommend Warm & Fuzzy--kudos to Jeanne and Scott for creating such an amazing place that we cat owners have needed for a long time! Tigger and Tora will definitely be back!

The boarding spaces are roomy and immaculately clean. After seeing his clubhouse, the play room, and televisions with fish and birds to entertain our cat, we were able to depart on vacation worry free. Now that Puma is home he has immediately returned to his normal high energy routine.

My cat Maci will be 18 years old next month and this was her first time staying at Warm & Fuzzy (April 23rd - 26th). I toured the facility and I was completely blown away. It was neat, clean, and had a warm holistic/spiritual feel to it. I was so comfortable that I wanted to reserve the Purr Palace Penthouse Suite myself. Whenever I traveled in the past, Maci always stayed at the vet to be boarded (along with other cats, dogs, ferrets, etc.) because I felt that they would do a better job of taking care of her; especially administering her medication. When I picked her up, she was always frazzled and pretty much frustrated not to mention pissed off at me. I needed to try something different! With a little bit of research on the net Warm & Fuzzy popped up. Along with the daily emails and photos, I felt so much better about her staying there. (She's already booked for 2 more stays this year.) I picked her up this past Monday and I don't think she was ready to leave LOL. She was very relaxed and content all the way home. I was so proud of her. Thank you Jeannie and Scott for taking care of my Maci and giving her that extra love and attention that a senior cat needs. We will see you soon!

This is a unique, beautiful facility run by good people who really make you feel your kitty is in safe, caring hands! The creativity, attention to detail, and the obvious continuity of quality make for an awesome environment for cats, five stars for sure! Thanks!

This was our first experience boarding a cat. It was great! Saskatoon is very skittish (enough to warrant KittyProzac) & she did really well. Scott & Jeanie seemed to pay attention to Saskatoon likes/dislikes & added comfort items as she seemed to need them. Most importantly - Saskatoon returned home happily. She will return!
